fished side of the rock last night,nice bit movement in sea,was hopeful but was short lived,fished from 6.30 til bout 10pm,caught 2 rocklings,no sign of cod,was talking to couple lads,he had lost fish further dwn beach near velvet beds(right of lifeguard hut)and then they headed into the bays,dont know if they had owt,had the beach to myself so had cuple chucks at pinnacle,nowt,hands were droppin off by this time so headed home,bait rag,runnys,lug,mussel n squid,back out sunda

a lad i know put a big rockling back as live bait and got a 18lb few year ago,its a fact that cod love t eat them,ive tried cuple of times and lost rigs both times,little f***a swam me into a snag,lmao,
