marsden beach

[DUCKY]

fished marsden last night, caught a small plaice, 2 canny size coalies and a small turbot weighing in at a massive 1lb 3, a new species for me. no pics as camera on phone is rubbish. all taken on big ragworm baits.

my friend said that the turbot was a brill, same fish i thought? anyway new species all the same.

nice size turbot for up here mate, brill totally different species and never heard of one caught from this area from the shore

Have caught them before from Marsden, i always thought they where Brill because of the golden eye but think they are Turbot.
