with samethought it would be like blackpool,but not a soul,par a couple at homesies,aswell as a couple of lights on camels.gets to bottom of steps to relize i had LEFT my rod rest on other side of car.{back up steps still there}.well after 5 casts nowt,leads just getting rolled backin.seas still to rough.tried in front of rock same story,2 other anglers fishing by nowwith same problems.so back up steps @ down to walkway,not a soul their.ended up with 3 codling,best 3.8lb,for just over 8lb. ian elganlime something like that started fishing,hes on the locker,gets a pb 4lb codling,which i lifted up for him,he was well pleased.so canny end.nb,ill ALWAYS were gloves in future with the briad,was that cold,didint notice i sliced a chunk off my finger,bled for 2 hours.cheers reg.

I use a fillet glove to pull snags out with mono it does the trick with braid and fairly cheap to buy. I've used all sorts of gloves. Works on the boat with braid aswell.
