Marsden to trow rocks

Would these rock marks along the coast be good for mackeral fishing as i dont fancy going up south shields pier to get a spinner stuck in my head, thanks for any information

I was thinking of posting a similar thread but for Pollack and Coleys, can you get them on Jelly Worms/Spinners from the Marsden rock marks?

iv never tried any marks around there for pollock but suppose giving it a go wouldnt hurt.

Dunno but me Phil_itofish and Snaggeduplad are planning on hitting the pier tonight and possibly hopping along Marsden aswell for a bit so we'll put up a catch report to let you know how we got on.

hi mate about 20 steps from frenchmans point towards marsden there is a bit of a shelf,i fish there every year loads of pollock on spinners never had them on jelly worms thou theres a first for everything.theres no point in going past boaty bay.

no good on a small tide though
