Fished in front of the grotto on Sunday with Cod dodger, plenty of palm sized flounders some smaller than the worms we where using, some young lads came over asking how we where doing, seemed nice enough, about 5 mins later a bottle landed 10 yards from us and smashed to pieces it was thrown from the car park by the same group, plenty of families on the beach too. What goes through their minds? idiots.

Same thing happend to me and lee on saturday mate, fishing same place.
Little ****s could kill someone, they were throwing stones down at us. Lucky lee spotted them cause if we were sitting on out boxes one of us would have been hit.
Dicks need to be taught a lesson.

Thats an absolute disgrace. If them little ba****ds hit some one with a bottle or brick they will do serious damage from that kind of height!

Phone the police next time mate! They might not be able to prosecute but at least they will scatter the little ....for you!
I was down there at night a couple of weeks ago (Holmes gut) and got zapped by the police helicopter, and there were younguns all over. seems to be getting worse down there which is a shame.

This is not the first time this has been done as the same thing happened last year 2011 when an oldish bloke got hit by a piece of branch thrown by youngsters and the police were informed but i dont know if anything was done about it .To me it could be the same dickheads who are provoking people down below the grottoand to me they should have someone watching on the top when people are around as there are plenty of idiots around and the kids nowadays are just running amock doing what they want to and yes someone will be killed before something is done

If any of the little darlings come and speak to you in the future before they go up top and try and cave your head in then put them on the back foot by saying " I recognise you, you often pass my house " but obviously dont let on that you havent got a clue who they are. It might be enough to make them think twice.
