Its not that good during the summer and you might get the odd coalie or maybe a pollack and a couple of flounders m8 but it fishes well during the winter time.

It tends to fish best from high to low, fish in front of the cave with rag tipped with mackerel, this time of year its good for coley, flounder and the occasional bass or plaice.

If you give is a chance the "certain place" to fish is the right of the rock at low water there is a flat rock which you can get on and there is a big gulley running along there just need a little flick
I like to fish marsden on a big tide In front of the grotto a couple of hours before high and couple after the turn it's a good place to go to get out of a strong westerly wind as the cliffs give good shelter.
