Hi any of you lads used the fladen maxximus "solid carbo" 10/20lb over the wrecks if so what do you think. They look like a realy good boat rod I would like to get one but am little bit dubiuos about there ability to pull a lunker out of a wreck (chance would be a fine thing:eek:) any thoughts experience or altenateives etc would be much appreciated:confused: cheers

Used one all last season on "Shady" with Bert and Kieth, who also used them in conjunction with a TLD 15, and will handle anything that lives in the wrecks. :)

Ours are 20/40lb I think, the ones with the cork handle.

As I've said a few times, the best recommendation I can give is "Bert aint snapped one yet" :D
