Just been down for a look at the sea at Blyth ............
BRILLIANT ........ if your a surfer :( !!!

Typical, and I took thurs and friday off work to make a long weekend of it .........

Fingers crossed it`ll calm down by monday, it`s certainly crap for boats out there just now .

bloody typical...was hoping to get out this weekend and christen the boat after a really shitty week, had to take my dog to the vets yesterday to be put to sleep......................it was devastating

:D :D ah!!! sorry about your wee dog, there\'s me just telling my three off for being noisy.
Came back from Blyth beach a half hour ago calmed down a lot from yesterday but there\'s a hellava swell on. :( :( if the wind will just turn around it might just be ok for Sunday.

Sorry about the Dog Bob I understand.

Keep the fingers crossed for Sunday as Saturday is a no go\' er or maybe Monday.Just itching to get out.

thanks everyone for your kind thoughts, its nice to know people care, even though it was the right thing to do for the dog you cant help wondering if you could have done anything else...............thanks again

Aye its a tough one bob. My mutt is on his way out and I aint looking forward to it.

He\'s still bright as a button and a puppy at heart, but suffering from hip dysplasia.

some days he\'s fine, some he struggles to get up and drags his legs behind him. He\'s in remission a bit with the warmer weather and swimming sessions I\'ve been taking him to, so Its probably gonna happen at the end of the summer, and I\'ll be devastated when I have to take him. Been the mate I\'ve had for the last 14 years.

Have just looked at the charts and you may be lucky for monday as the wind will be from the west or north west for most of tomorrow and into monday. Should drop the sea off nicely. The wind will be westerly until tuesday when a low pressure system will pass over the uk causing the wind in the north east to be from the south/south east. :P

Sorry bob chin up mate. I am in the same boat as Mark the pooch is 13 and starting to show it. Will break our lasses heart when he goes to the big kennel in the sky. :(
