Mesh at hebburn

Fished here today over low water for 4 1/2 hours. Red hot day and hardly no wind at all. First time out for my new kompressor ss and well pleased with the rod along with a recently purchased sl30sh. Bait used was rag and lug alternatively tipped with bluey. Had 4 flatties in total 3 of which were 25cm, 1 double sided 22cm and one whiting 20cm. Good day out for myself and glad not to blank with the new rod.

Always good to get off the mark with a new rod. Sounds like a canny session in the sun.

Tried this mark again yesterday for approx 5 hours and not even a bite this time round, all baits coming back cleared and hooks missing. Lovely day again and just glad to get out again.
