Metal lures.

Morning everyone.

I'm wanting to get a few different metal lures in my lure bag but again there's so many to choose from. I'm going to get a couple of the ones phil catches everything on but I can't remember the name.

Is there any others I should try to get me going? I like the dexter wedge type ones cos they cast great but I don't know what they are like at attracting the fish.

Dexter wedges work well every lure box should have one,

28g or 40g zenith

As already mentioned, 28g Zenith and Dexter wedges are a must have. However I find that the newer vibration blade type metal lures add an interesting alternative when a different action is required.

The abu toby are also good metal lures mate.

I've just ordered some 25g dexter wedges, a couple of savagear phsyco sprat and a Maria mucho lucir.

And I've found some zeniths on eBay. Gonna have some of them as well.

I could of done with some the last 3 times I've tried then Phil. Ha ha.

Casts like a bullet, I use mine over clean ground, I'd hate to lose it.

That's the only time id fish one of those. But knowing my luck I'd find the only snag within 500 yards.
