Fished middleton last night, bunch of lads on there aswell as myself and the old man, fantastic seshion everyone was banging decent sized whitey in left right and centre. they were taking on macky and lug had no luck what so ever with rag. Also managed to foul hook myself some blueys close. all in all one of the best nights fishing in a long time.

absolutely nowt, sat out on middleton for 4 hours didnt get a twitch, quite crazy the change in fishing over 1 day :S

to be honest davey id be more tempted with the huegh thats the one on the headland just round from the lighthouse thinking of goin over later for a few hours sport

Thanks for the info lads gonna give Seaham North Pier a try. It's a three day camel ride from Ch-le-St to Hartlepool so will save a bit petrol fishing closer.

tropical fish aren't they, shipped in to the tackle shops... could have been herring?
