MIDDLETON YESTERDAY MORNING
arrived first on the pier but not long after they arrived well first cast wasnt in the water 5 minites got a good rattle on the rod = decent whitie second cast resulted the same another decent whitie after that it was just knock after knock for about 2 hours then got another whitie next cast snapped off (sickener) then about half an hour later lost what felt like decent fish well atleast i didnt blank

Well done, never fished off there, but heard some good reports over the years.

went on wednesday to mick on pilot pier wasnt there long as the wind got on my nerves so saved the bait for thursday

No good on our compo in Northern Ireland then. Scratching is the name of the game. Fish and lots of em to notch points.
No Cod at all when we were there.
