I think sess was still not very good today. But once again, that type of goal is excactly what he needed! Massive player for that club. Johnson seems to be warming slightly aswell.

Yeah plenty of wayward passes from Sess, he seems to do the hard part then give the ball away.

I don't know what he was thinking putting McClean on the the right he looked like a fish out of water.

Harsh red card but I can guarantee if Cattermole had done the same tackle the commentators would of spent the rest of the game saying how reckless he is and dragging up his past cards not debating the severity of the tackle.

Watching SFC play WBA on sky, really shocked at how mnay empty seats there are for a prem league game on a weekend, very poor showing, Sunderland not been playing that bad last couple of games, Newcastle been playing worse minus the first 20mins of the last gaem.

I did i was sat in the east stand with 4 empty seats in my row, mind it was a mid week game on tv that never counted for that much and we playing total crap at the moment.

any game on sky stops people going and against wba never going to sell out its a expensive day ignoring my season ticket take today 5 pints before the match 2 at haf time and to many after then take a chinkys in to please the misses best part of 100 quid gone but will never stop going i am proud of were i am from and take the ups with the downs still beats most things on a saturday but the expense is killing going to football not so much the ticket prices its everything that comes with it hope my son likes a cheap hobby lol becauuse fishing and football aint lol

Prem is the bread and butter really but i do love a good European game, been to all three home games this season. Think both teams in for a hard season, i said before the season kicked off 9th for the toon 12th for Sunderland...so far its looking worse than that for both of us.

Lots of time yet and the boat season starts in 17 weeks time

Only good thing about European football is the extra revenue...but I think that unless a miracle happens there won't be a repeat next season
