Just after a bit of advice if anyone could help me on here?
I fished mill dam around 20 years ago now and just wondered if you can still fish down there, At the time there used to be a old building there but I think its a play house now or something. There used to be rails up to rest your rod on are they still there as well and can you get your car down there and finally can it be fished low water or not. Sorry for all the questions but I am hopefully going to fish it this weekend if possible ;) thanks in advance for any help:)

you can still fish down their you can more or less fish from your car their is a theatre down their called the customs house plenty of places to fish down their

Yes the railings are still there, the the whole area is accessible, where the wall used to be at the upstream side of Mill Dam is now open and the cobbled bit extended up to the wooden jetty. I remember the old wooden jetty/landing where there were no railings directly infront of the Customs House, cant think how long ago it was like that but im 33 and remember it! Theres a floating pontoon landing there now but you cant access it easily, if you get my drift!
I always used to fish it up and over high water as a kid but dont fish there now, just because i prefer the rocks and cliffs.
