trying to register on cg66 list whats my mmsi number.is it the number etched into my kayak??

MMSI Number is what you get when you do a VHF Course and register with the irrelevant authorities.(I Think!!!)

mmsi number is not transferable.....it is issued only to a license holder and is used for vhf.

You dont have to fill that part in, only parts marked with an asterix are mandatory, but the more info you can give, the better..

you don't need the vhf operators course to get the mmsi number. you do need a licence for the radio

register the vessel on there, and you'll get the radio licence and the mmsi number
