Hi just back a bit of boat and shore-fishing (save writing 2 reports) dug lugworm Saturday morning lovely day light SE so decided to give new dinghy a run out at Logan

codling every drift nothing big 1.5 / 2LB and couple ballan wrasse about the same size but good fun on light gear sorry no photos I was on my own and after dropping my phone in the sea a few weeks ago thought bad idea :(
Had some lug left so Sunday thought Id have a hour on the beach as the surf was up fished 14.00 - 15.00 then got the phone call dinner's ready managed this fella I knew It was a Bass as it done its giveaway zig -zag from side to side, went off like a rocket in the clear water when I released it :)

No broony I know the one you mean, mine is a Kruger Lambda cat C. goes well with a 6hp 4 stroke and rows nice, I have always had big boats & engines used to hit the wrecks in the 1980 / 90 but my son Dave-m has no time to get away with the little one so sold up, I was in CT marine Middlesbrough got my eye on it, full days fishing kept motoring back on the drift one litre of petrol all day :D
Only got it for Pollock & such in t-shirt weather I have a lot of experience & know its limits.

Looks a little topper that Joe. Thinking about getting a boat myself next year (providing the summer isn't a repeat of this year) nice catch as well :-)
 
Know what you mean I like the big boats but when you were wrecking it was 2 tanks 60 quid, on Saturday the bigger boats on the outside of me only had small whitties and a bullhuss sometimes you are traveling over good ground :)
 
love the new avatar joe some nice fish their nice boat aswell you can just get davey to lift it on his back i,m sure he,s squatted more when you go to launch her/him
