mooring fee\'s

my pal is seriously thinking of buying a boat on the tyne but is wanting to know how much are the mooring fees and where, it is a 40ft fishing boat over at friars goose at the moment but if bought would like to bring it over this side can anyone help :exclam:

st peters £40 per foot per annum but as its virtually opposite the goose, no better off

royal quays 186 per metre (I think)per annum, well was last time I asked
