All the seller has to do is report the neg and any email and he will get it removed and a good chance red may lose his account

Bid on his items but don't pay worse that will happen is unpaid item strike on your account but you wont lose account from it . but a lot of sellers set a max of 3 unpaid strikes then you can not bid on there items I know I have mine set that way
 
when he asks for payment, you just ask where your last order is.

His feedback isn't the best anyway, and one negative for order not turning up at all.

Ebay side with buyers a lot of the time, but only if you buy within Ebays rules like

by the way, you can request his contact details, he may have a phone number attached to his account.

Downside is he will also get to see your contact details, but as he was supposed to post to you I suppose he has your address already anyway.

Its ok ive sent his details to an ebay trader whose passed them on to ebay and he hasnt got s business trading account! Il just wait it out now im happy so far.!

sorry looks like you have lost your money,at least rightly so he is going to get his scam stopped.ps seen the nesa lads had some good advice for you,infact we will all benifit.
 
Yeah im not expecting anything back just dont want anybody else gettin scammed! Lesson learnt on my part anyway and im more than grateful for yhe help received thanks to all concerned! Ive also posted on the wsf forums so it be can be seen all through the country !!

I went on his ebay where he is now advertising lug worms...I e mailed him and asked about supplying my tackle shop[imaginary] on a regular basis with crabs and worms but I was concerned if he was the mr dani that all the fishing forums were talking about before I would order ..he has just replied and said the customer only claimed he did not receive the crab but is now resolved and would like to supply my shop...I assume he is telling porkies again...we should all keep well away and tell all anglers we meet
 
Yeah i saw that annd as soon as i bid on them he withdrew the posting! And as soonas another item goes up il bid on that!
 
They havnt yet just explanation marks and reason! Probs to do with rules and regulations! Il just hav to wait it out and hopefully get reinstated i had 100% buyers feedback aswell!
 
The feedback part is a farce now mate, as a seller you aren't able to leave anything but positive feedback :confused:

So its dead easy to get a good amount of feedback just buying loads of cheap tat

Im surprised they have banned you though, especially without a reason, you can always call ebay support? Unless you were abusive in emails or feedback like?
 
Il have to email them and find put! According to him he had sent them out but is contacting the courier company to find out where the crab are! Ive asked for a consignment number so i can trace them myself so il see what happens!
 
Aye theyl be stinkin now! Its the principal now tho! I need tofind out which courier service it was and il contact them myself!
 
Im in the middle of tryin to find outwer the crabs gone hes not even replyin now! Ive had my ebay suspended and im £65 out of pocket wot a dickhead! Il make sure he doesnt get any more sales from ebay!
