Mull of Galloway

Me & the wife are off for a few days fishing on thursday & thought we would give the mull of galloway a look. I have read that the marks we intended to go too are not ideal to walk if wet & with the weather looking less than favourable wondered if anyone had any advice as to where we can go that is safe under foot should it rain.

I resorted to baiting up a crab pot last time so atleast i could say I caught something & caught a wrasse but Heather said it didnt count
