Multiple accounts

More of a question for admin really, but are users allowed multiple accounts on here?

For example, a regular poster suddenly stops posting, then continues posting on site under another name.

I don't mean a banned user coming back, I'm on about people having more than one active account?

Another forum I use prevents it.

Just seems strange why people would choose to use multiple accounts if there wasnt anything dodgy going on?

It's pretty much impossible to moderate an issue like this aswell.
I suppose the only real concern for NESA is for buying/selling gear

I think admin can change usernames, not mods, but that's a different thing.

I'm on about people deliberately setting up two, or maybe more, usernames
