Mx android box web request failed

hi all does anyone know anything bout mx android boxes it was workin fine at my old address it still says connected and connection good to my wifi but when I try to watch sports devil it says web request failed. It's still runnin on Xbmc I think. Any help much appricated thanks

could be your internet provider blocking streams, go into modem/ router setting and turn all parental settings off as they started to do that
