My good lady ,Lynn, Thought she would buy me a good present for Christmas and ordered a Nesa Hoodie for me from the moonfleet site . She did this a couple weeks back . It arrived , she had quick peek in the bag and stashed it away .
Whilst i was working she decided to wrap it up yesterday, (bearing in mind i just booked to go out on north star day after boxing day and have been looking forward to wearing it ). She took it out the bag and ....... Yes it had my name on !! But the small stumbling point was it was a Norfolk Angling Club Hoodie !!
She was gutted . She made a call to Moonfleet and off she went with it . And
when she was telling me the story I was not surprised by the result , Andy , Moonfleet and the printer all stepped up to the mark and delivered 100% customer service . Andy Called the printer and it was just one of those mistakes that happen ( Sorry to James in Norfolk if you got my Nesa top ). The Printer spoke to my good lady and was very sorry for the mistake . He was sorry that i would not receive a replacement for Xmas , so sorry that he said that he will be sending me 2!!
In all I Think it is top service , mistakes happen ,we are all human .Its the way you deal with them that sets you apart from the rest .
