need a job

does anyone no of any firms taking people on ? found out yesterday im not allowed to do my job of six years anymore because i have a caution on my disclosure form so the sia in there wisdom wont grant me a licence which i paid them 190 quid for which isnt refundable, so i need work desperately to pay the morgage and keep my other half and kids fed.

ray appeal m8 they cant stop you earning a living for a caution,they tried to stop my m8`s badge cos he commited a crime 14yrs ago, if its just a caution see a solicitor,then sue them for loss of earnings my m8 did

dont really care were i work alan wilo im going to appeal but it means being suspended without pay for 21 days the sia are a law unto themselves m8 in the letter they sent me they keep refering to the caution as a conviction it cant be a conviction it didnt go to court the police cautioned me told me i was a bad lad and sent me home i wonder how many other blokes theyve done this to i wouldnt mind im 38 and its the first time ive ever had any dealings with the law

hmm ray where did u work m8, im very sure u will win the appeal if as ive saidthey tred to take into account a conviction my m8 had 14/15yrs ago maybe even longer

got a letter on saturday saying id won the appeal and can now have my licence so im back in a job but ive lost £1300 in wages because of these idiots

Ray where in shields do you work as i worked the doors there for 6 years.

my m8 had to wait 6 month to appeal for his licence.
