Hi all , the casting season is almost upon us , I'd just like to keep you all updated as to any future changes and news regarding NESA .
Firstly the groups.
Premier group -240m +
A group 220- 240m
B group 200-220m
C group. 180-200m
D group upto - 180m
Juniors
New members will categorised after first event i.e. if a caster records 211m he/she will be placed in B group .
In order to move up a group a caster must exceed his groups higher limit at 2 separated events .
Pb,s and records in future shall be measured and verified by club committee members .
NESA commitee for 2013 is the following personnel.
Bazz Blakeman - Chairman
Will Powell - Secretary /Health & Safety
Bob Collins - Treasurer
John Ward - Assistant Treasurer
Jamie Blakeman
Keith Carter
Richy Comer
Phil Darby (elect )
Membership & monthly fees will remain the same , £10 membership plus £5 per event for 2013 season , non member day casters - £8 per event .
Junior membership is free .
Sakuma lines will be available this year in half kilo spools offered to members at discounted prices , see Bob for your requirements .
NESA clothing , hats and hoodies etc are always available to purchase , just ask me and I'll sort it for the following event .
Dates for 2013 are in the casting calendar.
