Why do you have something to say everytime I post on here Codseeker?
If you look closely you'll see it's red spots and bumps behind its gill.
I have the fish in the freezer at home, your more than welcome to come and have look for yourself.

i post everytime someone has sommit to say its a forum to give some opinion ..nice fish though

Sorry mate but i also think it's a flounder. The tail looks to be square but on a plaice it is more rounded.
The red spots can be confusing though as they can also be found on flounder at times.
Good luck on the plaice hunt though.
