NESA Species Hunt 2014

Or make it simple n let the lure chalange run all year

There was a post about this in the Lure section, and the majority thought returning to the British Summer Time would be better as in previous years be banter in the build up was better than it had been last year.

Codling. Flounder. 3B Rockling.

Sorry mate that's not a 3B rockling. 3Bs are bright orange/brown with dark leopard spots and usually quite large (see the rockling id pictures in the first post). Your fish looks like a 5B. Do you have a close up picture of the head?

I asked last year If stuff caught in the Channel Islands would count and i think someone said it would but I've since found out that the Channel Islands aren't part of the UK. This surprised me but it appears we have a very strange relationship with these islands including the fact that if we ever decide they should be taxed like us they will go probably go independent.

Anyway as I'm unsure if we class the waters around the islands as belonging to the UK even if the land isn't could the organisers confirm if jersey etc can be included in this competition. I'm thinking not lol.
