Nets or pots?

Dozens of poles with buoys and flags on them all across collywell . Which do you reckon it is? Am there now and wondering whether to bother if they're net.

Definitely pots, I was fishing collywell in the yak when the lads were lifting and setting their pots , one had waxa lobster he estimated 6lb , it had claws nearly as big as my hands .........Dave.
