New Boat

Due to restrictions from the other half,ive not managed to get another boat.My wife has now agreed i can start looking for a new boat now,but she said she wants something a bit more bulky that my last 1.
Ive been checking lots of Different boats out ,and package prices,most grp boats between 14-18 ft run from £4k-£7k.
I Stumbled upon RAIDER boats a few months ago.Buying a 16ft RAIDER cuddy Hull is £5k,similar price to seahog,predator etc.

If anyone has a raider id be interested to know a few things about it,e.g most appropriate engine size and its seafairing capabilities.

i've got the 18 cuddy with an 80hp mariner on the back, very pleased with the boat, not taken it into any big seas (F5/6 on the way back one day and the big swells we had a couple of weeks back) handles very well with two on board and a comfortable ride in my opinion, but its the only boat i have ever owned so nothing to compare it with. loads of room and i like the high sides.
things that are not quite so good, limited storage in the cuddy and its a bit awkward using the anchor through the forward hatch. other than that i like it.
