New fishing shop Peterlee.

Hey Guys

Visited the new fishing shop in Peterlee town centre on Sunday, wasnt alot of sea angling gear but they were selling a 12ft Beach caster for £10, think it was made by a make called Moby Dick. Does anyone have one of these rods and if so are they worth buying? Im looking for a second rod and don't want to pay too much.

it sounds canny for a £10a

If youre not expecting wonders you can't be robbed for a tenner. If it lasts 6 months you've had your moneys worth. cheaper than bait.

Just had a look on the net. They're made by maver and retail for 20 quid, so 10 quid is a good price it would seem. You should be able to return it if it isn't up to the job and you're desperate for your tenner back.

i got a ledger rod for wor lass for a tenna canot fault it have a look ar the fly reels for a tenna and a greys copy for 20

When it says yer beach fishing will never be quite the same again after using the rod do they mean yel never use it again I wonder

they had some lovely rods in the other day , reduced from £299 to £ 9.99 .

I think the rod brand was " gulliable"
