Had a run out me and a mate of mine got to the
Mark and conditions were perfectout came my
Anyfish anywhere lure rod armed with fiiish minnows
And vibe blades couple of chucks produced
This monster a nice but rather barnacle rash
Pollock gave me a great fight my rod fully locked up
It was trying to dive for cover but bullied it outhad a few ore decent pollock and a cod on a spinner

8lb weighed it on some bogus gripp but still think it was bigger
And the scales didn't give a true weight

Hard to get an accurate weight on them things mate with the fish flapping about. Lovely fish though, well done

8lb looks about right but judging by the head on it, could well have been a fair bit weightier had it not been starving!
