New Rod & Reel Advice?

hi im looking to buy a new beachcaster and fixed spool reel, looking to spend around £200 any advice on what would be best plz?

Hi mate,can't go wrong with a penn 850 fixed spool reel,that's what I used before I went to multipliers and cheap enough,as for the rod I would try and looking to see what best suits you best and where you will be fishing,there is constant bargains on here so its worth looking in the for sale section,good luck m8

how much do them penn reels sell for and i mainly fish off piers really. where will be best to buy in tackle shops?

I got mine off ebay new for 50.00,not sure what tackle shops may have them but if you can phone a few shops they may be able to help you,mine took 2 days to come off ebay,

You looking at well what aye wood get is a century Corbin are a zippy are ronthomson acselarater r a grays Apollo mk1 r mk2 are even a sonick

I've used a lot of rods and have to say mate the rods I prefer are centurys,had the zippys,greys,soniks,conoflex and just prefered the centurys every time,you can pick up decent ones in the for sale section

Have a look at the leeda icon ultra power rod its 13ft 10inch u can pick them up for £135 new out of nets in sunderland iv got one my self excellent rods for the money and they delivery free aswell mate
