looking for an all round rod currentley using ron thompson axcelerator looking for something similar but not sure what any sugesstions ???

if u r looking for something similar to the axe then u needs to be looking for something stiff stiff stiff......in the higher range u will find lodsa stiff rods but again depends on ur budget ....been to a carboot recently pre owned daiwa tourney x 130 ...felt canny awesome .....preloved at 120...that was stiff

think the xcelerator not to stiff had a cast of a greys apollo and was like a broom shank thanks 4 the advice theres just so much choice out there

shimano aspire 14ft exellent rod pure rock lifters nice and stiff and they dont bounce in the wind or with the surf and still have good bite detection ... good rod all over
