Newbee to boat fishing

Hi guys, I aint been on a boat in years and sold my gear a while back but fancy a couple of trips with my brother who is also asking about going. Are there any charter skippers on here or anyone know someone to contact about going out? North east area preferablly Tyne area though. The only snag is we would need to have a skipper where u can hire rods and reels....

Most have gear. Info is on charterboatuk so you just phone the ones who state they have rods etc.
