newbigan bay/creswell lastnight

Fished newbigan bay last night thinkin thered b a few fish about with the sea thats running b but in three hours only had one small flatty .so headed to creswell to fish a couple hours of the tide going back and all i got was masses of weed every cast.was out from 5 till 10.
Anyone got any advice they can share with me on were th fish are lol.
 
Cresswell's a good shout in a SE mate but your better waiting till the sea dies off a bit. Depends where your from but Cullernose fishes in a big SE and further south had some success ( including my shore pb of 10lb) from Seaburn in a big SE.

Well they ain't at lynmouth! Tried crosswaters first, then packed up and hiked to hospital hole.5hrs 1 tommy and an undersize bass! Cheers to the lad who gave me his bait on his way off :) ps where did you get those yellowtails :o

if he was local Rocker may have been angler's united always ahs decent yellows in
 
they weren't at west bay yesterday either. fished 3 hours in near perfect conditions for 1 undersized codling and no proper bites.
the closest i got to a bite was when a baby seal swam right past my feet!
yet on saturday morning it was a bite a chuck and had 4 for 14 lb.
that's fishing!
