Newcastle Business Park advice

Alright lads, going to have a few hours down the Business Park this evening hoping it wont be as windy in land a bit compared to the piers. Never fished this venue before so anyone got any advice or tips? I'm just going to target the Flounders as I cant imagine there is much more up there at the time of year but might be wrong. Anything would be appreciated, cheers!

down there the other week with my two grandsons did intend to fish further up but low water as the tide was just starting to come in so moved down the the wood jetty fenced off for some reason, so just moved down to just below the helli port one fish all day. grandson landed this one on makie

was up there last night was a bit slow only had 3 but they were a decent size, if your going to british airways end they seemed to be interested in maccy more than owt else. good luck
