need some advice as i am going up to newton at the weekend and was wondering what the fishing is ike up theree and is the a fishing shop up there and if not were is the nearest one and rifs bait and coud you float fish up theere

great fishing up newton m8 1 of my fav haunts, only bait worth having up newton this time of year is crab m8, fresh if ya have it. get in the thick kelp with a fresh crab bait & u will have good fights of reddies & also some nice size wrasse, or u could even try float fishing a ragworm or deepspin sandeel, some cracking pollack.
