They all look size to me to be fair, couple just size, hard to judge next to such a monster If I had caught the little ones first before the 9lber I'd have kept them.

The second largest at 3lb 11oz was caught first, then one sized, then 9lber and then the other 3. 6 fillets given to family, 3 already eaten and 3 frozen down. The 9lber was 72cm, the smallest was 36cm. If a fish Is sized I'm within my right to take it, end of and take offence someone questioning it.

Don't ever feel you have to justify yourself to the haters mate. You caught them, they didn't.

Keep what you like and understand that anyone who moans about what you save is just jealous of your catch.

Certainly not a hater, just don't see the point in keeping just sized fish, unless their hooked by their arse. You barely get a fillet off of them. Personal preference and as already said, well done !

A good bag there & very nice fish in some pretty terrible conditions elsewhere...I was trying along the front at Whitley then worked my way back north, getting weeded wherever I went or finding marks crowded with rods. I was only fishing a 3hr match & spending too much time driving around for my liking, but Goatsies prom had been in the back of my mind!

Well done again, although with the Tynemouth lads out last night for a HW match, I doubt you'd have had the place to yourself again if you had gone back...
