Fished the area called the private beach at Cresswell on Saturday from 2 till about 6ish. its known as a low water mark but we thought we would give it a bash over high water and then fish it back down a bit.
Between two of us we only caught two fish each all Flounders. My mate got one about the pound mark and almost straight away I got one even bigger about 1.5lb. Both of these i'm told are good fish? The other two were small.
We used good old Rag, some greatfat lugworm and some smelly mussel from a few weeks ago, but it did the trick!
We were hoping for some cod but pleased we got something!
