Had a quick trip down Roker this morning (it was really foggy and bloody freezing), bumped into Andy and Liam, and then an afternoon at Sharpley (it was bloody lovely)

Mananged a couple of small Pollack on a Strawtail Grub at Roker.......

Then a couple of Rainbow Trout at Sharpley Springs....

Unfortunately I haven't printed my lure card off yet! Never mind I'm sure I'll come by both of these again!
 
Shame about the card mate, you would have been top. I know Nathan had a Coley yesterday but he hasn't posted the picture yet. Well done getting a Pollock this early in the year.
 
I was well surprised by the Pollack, thought it was a Sea Scorpion at first, because it was low tide at the Pier foundations in the weeds. Just goes to show.....
 
That's a bonny little pollack mate. And the first one I've seen on a lure this year.

Nowt worse than forgetting your card. I've done it a few times last year.
 
nice fish m8 shame about the card am off up to eyemouth in the next few wks with me spinners for run of spring codling
 
It's good to see you getting amongst the fish again mate. I really like that pic of your pollock, it's like a magazine shot, it would have been a shame to stick NESA card in it ;)
