North Pier Amble (Walkworth?)

How accessible is it by car? From the maps there looks to be a track to the north of the river but is it private or public?
Looked decent (and quiet) t'other day when i was up there but only saw it from the South side.

No access by car unless you have the key for the gate, otherwise you have to park at the top of the stairs at the picnic area and walk along, hell of a treck mind, I put a bike in my car and pedal along

you park at the golf club and have to walk down, it's private land as far as i know, farmers gates etc.

you could cut through the caravan park,not sure if this is still possible as the last time i went the caravan park security stopped me,but this was late autumn and all the caravans were just about empty
