North, South, East or West?

Last night of my trip away has got me thinking about next year already...

Tried South and South West. Done West (Wales)...done East and also some north.

Looked at the South East as never been before but have to admit to a little regional xenophobia LOL don't think I could handle the jellied eel brigade...so that really leaves me going to the top.

Am tempted by the very north...anyone got any ideas?

some very good fishing up that area seen several doubles up to 17lb my best only 7lb best bait mackeral all day in winter
