Northumbria Police SAC - So Shields 13th Feb 2011

15 Anglers turned out and fished to points system (everything over 18cm) from marks between Gateshead and the Groin with the wlkway producing plenty of small fish around but no monsters. Only 1 blanked.

Graham Slesser. Jamie Brennan. Terry Woods. Your boy took a hellava beating. Mr Codonly Elliot (him who only fishes for codling) couldn't catch any codling so decided to try and catch coleys down the side like Fozzy who had 40 sprats. Witnessed with my own honest eyes. Mr Elliot over the side with size 2 s scratching for coleys. Yes Mr Elliot. I did only end up with three fish next to you. But mine were all codling. Would of taken photo for evidence but didn't stop perrrrrssssissstantly raining.

It's surprising how much that incident has affected me Ian. I was in the same corner this time round and didn't dare give it a blast. Didn't fancy pulling my lead out the headlamp again
