Trying to broaden my horizons a bit. Had a quick scout down there today. Anyone got any free tips for that mark? Best direction to chuck, what state of tide best etc? Any advice greatly appreciated

afaik its sandy straight out in front , to the left and right is rocky . i have seen fish come in mainly on big seas from all areas . i have fished the skeer infront over low water and got my gear back most times ....

Thanks for the info mate. Any idea if it's safe to park there at night?

im up that area alot and have only ever seen broken glass once in nearly 3 years, if you fish with a m8 your not far from carpark and could check on it regular i suppose.

sandy?

the sand is a long way out mate

dense kelp bed to the left in bay. worth a chuck over high

kelp bed in front. roughly 100 - 150yards to the front the kelp goes to a shelf . fish easy lost.

south east good cast mixed. south east ****e cast snags

back towards the blast small boulders hence snaggy all distances

mixed to rough in a nutshell

the car park a bit dodgey now at night

a car was burned out there 2 weeks ago.

just a warning to others.

Thanks for that deans, that sounds more like I was expecting to hear by the look of it. If I fish It I'll get some decent strength braid and do it in daylight. Don't fancy my car going up in smoke. Cheers mate, top notch

i used to fish here a lot years ago but when the pit heap was there.
cant remember when pit heap went but would be interested to know and would love to see some pics of the last years of the blast beach if anyone has any and good enough to post.
