hope they fix them up for you
it reminds me of an incident with a .22 blank and a file I had as a young 12 yr old
no mate I figured out that I could file the rim down and put them in an air riflethink I should of got some, mind have got max strenght ibuprofen and 500mg paracetamol, but still stings
you didn't bash the blank with the file did you "ouch"
no mate I figured out that I could file the rim down and put them in an air rifle
I just didnt figure on the filing getting the brass hot enough to make it go off in my fingersit was a painfull lesson I was home alone and wobbled out into the street where my mates mam found me she was a nurse so wrapped my hand in a towel and drove me to A&E it hurt more getting the anesthetic
the scars are very faint now but had numbness till I was about 18
best thing was my mam blamed my dad for leaving the blanks where I could find them my dad was just pleased it wasnt the shotgun blanks he used for the dummy throwerbloody hell lucky you didn.t loose your eyes, you must of been filing very quick at least you had youth as an excuse I should of known better
best thing was my mam blamed my dad for leaving the blanks where I could find them my dad was just pleased it wasnt the shotgun blanks he used for the dummy thrower
it only takes a second of not thinking and bang your left wondering why the fcuk did I do that and a trip to A&E is in order we all have them moments its just sometimes you get away with it just think if you were using a proper plane this would never of happened technology can be a wonderful thing but not always![]()
