Tony i know you will have cooked loads of lobsters BUT
Bigger Pan (the more you cook together the better they all taste) with chunks of red onion , carrot , celery a couple of cloves of garlic ,whole black peppercorns and a few bay leaves - much tastier than plain old boiling water
But as you have cooked hundreds ,you may be happy the way you do it ,but the above makes a big diffeence in flavour
