Well, Xmas is over, the trees and decorations are packed away for another year the snows ... eerrmm ... well, been for some of us but will soon clear for everyone I`m sure.
Time now to dust down the gear, check out the engine ..... and get geared up for another season. Still a number of weeks yet I know but at least were looking the season in the face now instead of moving away from it ....... can`t wait !!!

Aye your right Norm I'll have to get the outboard upto lynches for a service can't wait for spring love it when everything comes back to life. It's been a cracking winter season for me but you can't beat being afloat I'll be getting the sinkers made and gear dusted off soon roll on the better weather and here's hoping for high pressures LOL

Oh and got the video software for Christmas proX2 just need some fishy footage.

get out there lads lots of good cod from the shore, should be quite a few around in these conditions, anchor up, drop a nice big bait down and sit and relax, and wait for the tell tale signs as your rod bounces along the gunwales

It is sad i know but my fav part of summer fishing is when the mackerel show up, really makes it feel like summer and the use of fresh bait cant be beaten.

nah norman i sold mine on mate lol bought another one after that and sold that one too lol. just bought loads of good boat gear and want to give it a shot see if its worth me buying another boat lol
