One Last Bite of The Cherry

Was wondering with the sea starting to lift a bit (we may get a Northeasterly by the weekend) if anyone was going to have a wander down to the rock edges & see if there are any codling brought in. I'm going to give it one last go to see if my luck changes.

I,m down Hartlepool tomorrow visiting my dad. Think the rod will be staying in the shed until October-i,ll take me dog instead.
Bought some sprat in Morrisons today for 32 pence. In the freezer for when the Mackeral turn up. I,ll be trying some float fishing from seaham pier.
Fly fishing at the weekend.
