That will mean the end of the mackerel close in for sure, hope it settles for the planned trip on Friday, not many trips left until the winter is here then its that long wait for 2013 and is it going to be a season on 2011 or 2012

no m8 it isnt the mackerel have been pushed up the river .i had 45 at the golden lion today on the 2 hook flappers using macky strip ..just hope they make it back out to sea asap

We tried fish,but it was pointless. The drift was a bit much and I lost my best shad.

i'll bet theres a certain individual currently residing in Turkey rubbing his hands and having a giggle about our dismal weather and the lack of fish catches... as he has a few beers after a ( no doubt ) grueling day at graft..
