not sure about this week but seaton sluice ac are holding an open competition on 16th of this month i am sure there is a sticky thread on the forum or can go onto their website m8

Thanks Sea Troot, was looking at that one the other week and thinking that date rings a bell, I am putting myself through a different pain that weekend, not the pain of not catching anything lol, but the Great North Run. Thanks for reply though.
