If you purchase a ticket from a local tackle shop for an open does that mean you can just go straight to your chosen mark or do you still have to show up at competition HQ before it starts for any reason.

Buying a ticket from a tackle dealer beforehand means you can go to your chosen mark well in advance of all other anglers and hopefully win!!!!!!!
